Position Summary

We are in search of safety-conscious individuals for the role of Napkin Folding Operator at our facility. This position involves operating machinery designed for folding and packaging solid color napkins. Quality control is paramount, and operators must make necessary adjustments to ensure that the product meets customer satisfaction standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Initiate the napkin creation process using the folding machine.
  • Oversee the packaging process of the finished product.
  • Make adjustments as needed to maintain high-quality packaging.
  • Load napkin stock onto the machine.
  • Install rolls of napkin poly onto the machine.
  • Generate accurate labeling information.
  • Set up and adjust the label roll as required.
  • Provide assistance to packers assigned to the machine.

Qualifications

  • Ability to comprehend basic written and verbal instructions.
  • Proficient in basic mathematics.
  • Reading skills are essential.
  • Effective communication with management and coworkers to achieve departmental objectives.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum of 6 months of prior manufacturing experience required.
  • Must be capable of lifting up to 25 pounds.
