Responsibilities

The Apparel Sales Associate will be responsible for:

  • Reviewing customer orders, locating and selecting merchandise on the sales floor.
  • Filling customer orders accurately and efficiently, while ensuring that all merchandise is correctly priced and labeled.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and fitting rooms.
  • Participating in visual merchandising efforts to create an attractive and engaging shopping experience for customers.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proven track record of meeting sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Compensation

The hourly wage range for this position is $14.00 to $26.00 per hour, depending on experience and performance. Additional compensation may be available through performance incentives and bonuses.
