Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. As an RBT, you will work one-on-one with individuals on the autism spectrum, implementing their individualized programs and helping them achieve their goals.

Responsibilities
  • Implement individualized programs for patients with autism
  • Use Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques to help patients learn new skills
  • Work one-on-one with patients in various settings, including the therapy center, home, school, and community
  • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure high-quality care
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and engage in physical activities
  • RBT certification (LittleStar will cover the cost of certification)

Work Environment

This role operates in a clinical environment and requires the ability to work with patients of varied activity levels and movement throughout the building. The environment is open with bright lights and active patients that result in a loud environment.
