Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of the department, including personnel management, quality assurance, and workflow management.
  • Collaborate with other department managers to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
  • Ensure timely and accurate communication of information to internal contacts, clients, and providers.
  • Direct a designated group of employees in their day-to-day operations.
  • Monitor quality control of results and ensure metrics are in compliance daily.
  • Track and report department metrics to the Director of Operations on a monthly basis.
  • Handle scheduling and monitoring of staff's attendance.
  • Ensure timely distribution of claims to designated staff to meet Client SLA's.
  • Responsible for human resources matters directly related to the department supervised.
  • Reports any issues to Operations Manager when necessary.
  • Responsible for ensuring evaluations are completed on time.
  • Requires regular and consistent attendance in the office.
  • Comply with all safety rules and regulations during work hours.
  • Maintain HIPAA compliance policies.
  • May be required to travel overnight and attend meetings.
  • Perform daily, weekly, monthly reviews of various reports, invoices, logs, and expenses.

Requirements:

  • Good computer and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, mainly Outlook, Excel, Word.
  • Good organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • The ability to work independently, as well as, with a team.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced/production-based environment.
  • Effective communication with others.

Education and Experience:

  • Associates degree, national certification, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of office experience.
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Pay Range:

$52,808 - $79,029
