Position Overview

The Concierge I role at Life Time Fitness is a customer-facing position that requires delivering exceptional service to all members and guests. As the first point of contact, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a welcoming and valued experience for everyone who visits our clubs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests
  • Operate as the first point of contact for members and guests
  • Maintain updated knowledge of club programming, events, pricing, and policies
  • Build relationships with members and guests, creating extraordinary experiences
  • Assist members with transactions and general account changes
Requirements
  • Minimum of 6 months service/reception experience
  • Complete Concierge Certification upon hire
  • Must work a minimum of 15 hours per week
  • Commitment to serve others
  • Effective communication skills
  • Passion for living a healthy way of life
  • Ability to multi-task and deliver high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have good verbal communication
  • Must be able to stand for 4 hours at a time
Preferred Requirements
  • HS graduate or equivalent preferred
Compensation and Benefits
This is an hourly position with wages starting at $15.75 and paying up to $19.50, based on experience and qualifications.
