Position OverviewThe Concierge I role at Life Time Fitness is a customer-facing position that requires delivering exceptional service to all members and guests. As the first point of contact, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a welcoming and valued experience for everyone who visits our clubs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests
- Operate as the first point of contact for members and guests
- Maintain updated knowledge of club programming, events, pricing, and policies
- Build relationships with members and guests, creating extraordinary experiences
- Assist members with transactions and general account changes
- Minimum of 6 months service/reception experience
- Complete Concierge Certification upon hire
- Must work a minimum of 15 hours per week
- Commitment to serve others
- Effective communication skills
- Passion for living a healthy way of life
- Ability to multi-task and deliver high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Must have good verbal communication
- Must be able to stand for 4 hours at a time
- HS graduate or equivalent preferred
This is an hourly position with wages starting at $15.75 and paying up to $19.50, based on experience and qualifications.
