Responsibilities

  • Case Load Management: Manage a moderate case load of students with varying communication needs, prioritizing tasks and allocating time effectively to ensure timely and effective support.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of assessments, progress, and treatment plans in accordance with regulatory standards, ensuring compliance and transparency.
Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy: A Master's degree in Occupational Therapy is required for this role.
  • Valid Virginia OT License: A valid Virginia Occupational Therapist license is required for this position.
  • OT Assistant Experience: Open to strong Occupational Therapist Assistants (OTAs) candidates with the right credentials.
