- Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of assessments, progress, and treatment plans in accordance with regulatory standards, ensuring compliance and transparency.
- Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy: A Master's degree in Occupational Therapy is required for this role.
- Valid Virginia OT License: A valid Virginia Occupational Therapist license is required for this position.
- OT Assistant Experience: Open to strong Occupational Therapist Assistants (OTAs) candidates with the right credentials.
