Restaurant Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Director to join our team at Gecko New York. With over 1,400 locations across the United States and Canada, we offer unparalleled growth opportunities in the fast-paced Fast Casual industry.

The successful candidate will provide support to the General Manager in daily restaurant operations, ensuring company standards are maintained and continually improved. This includes managing shifts, inventory management, scheduling, sanitation, and monitoring food supplies.

• Manage day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure exceptional customer experience and high sales volumes
• Oversee inventory management, scheduling, and sanitation procedures to maintain efficiency and safety
• Communicate and enforce all company policies and procedures
• Aid in the development, supervision, and monitoring of team members

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high-volume environment
• Passion for developing and mentoring others
• Ability to drive positive sales and increase guest counts
