The Clinical Practice Leader plays a pivotal role in overseeing daily operations, managing caregivers, optimizing workflow efficiency and quality, and ensuring exceptional patient care delivery.

This position contributes to the success and growth of the practice while fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure seamless delivery of patient care
  • Manage caregivers to optimize workflow efficiency and quality
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and outcomes
  • Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and other stakeholders to achieve practice goals
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to inform decision-making
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; education may be considered in lieu of experience
  • Preferred education: Bachelor's degree
  • 1 year experience in healthcare or supervisor experience unless preferred education is met
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and environments
