The OpportunityWe are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team in the Infectious Disease Developed Markets business unit. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for handling various financial activities, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. Your expertise will help us make informed business decisions and drive growth.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support business growth and decision-making.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to inform business decisions.
- Accounting and Reconciliation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including account reconciliations and journal entries.
- Financial Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial plans and strategies.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or related field.
- Skills: Advanced Excel skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Personal Qualities: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong attention to detail.
