Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:- Provide personalized care and support to seniors in their homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.
- Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and transportation.
- Help clients with ambulation, transferring, and range of motion exercises to maintain their physical well-being.
- Offer companionship and engage clients in activities that bring them joy, such as puzzles, games, reading, and hobbies.
- Ensure a safe home environment by maintaining unobstructed pathways and reporting any concerns to a supervisor.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least six months of experience in a caregiving role
- CPR certification
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
- Compassionate and empathetic nature, excellent communication skills, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Competitive hourly rate of $15
- 1:1 aide-to-client ratio for personalized care
- Flexible scheduling, including Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday shifts from 7am to 4pm
- Referral bonus up to $500, weekly pay, and direct deposit
