Responsibilities- Receive, identify, and prioritize specimens for accurate and timely test processing.
- Perform and report laboratory procedures, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
- Conduct quality control, proficiency testing, and calibration of instruments used in the laboratory.
- Evaluate patient identification to reduce analytical and post-analytical errors.
- Support lifelong learning and complete assigned goals.
- Temporary state licensure and/or national registration or certification in concordance with current federal and/or state regulations.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in laboratory software.
- Basic Life Support certification.
