Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop mechanical engineering solutions for clients, including proposal, design, and drafting, engineering calculations, cost estimates, and client reviews.
  • Lead projects and manage junior and mid-level mechanical engineers and designers, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, promoting business and skills to new and existing clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements, applying new technologies and techniques to improve project outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related engineering field.
  • P.E. license.
  • 7+ years of experience in HVAC, plumbing, and utility piping design.
  • Strong knowledge of engineering principles, procedures, and code requirements.
  • Ability to perform all mechanical engineering tasks associated with the project.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and/or Revit software.
  • Ability to lead projects and manage junior and mid-level mechanical engineers and designers.
  • Ability to prioritize and set deadlines, with the ability to adapt to change.
