Job Overview

Capital Tower & Communications, Inc. is seeking an experienced Telecom Civil Foreman to oversee and participate in the construction, installation, and maintenance of telecommunications towers and communication equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the Civil Crew
  • Plan and schedule work assignments to meet project deadlines
  • Ensure adherence to safety regulations and guidelines
  • Perform line / utility installations
  • Grounding as needed
  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions
  • Maintain accurate records of project progress and communicate updates to the project manager
  • Train new crew members on proper construction techniques and safety procedures
Requirements
  • Previous experience in the telecom industry, specifically in civil construction
  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans and drawings
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Proficient in operating construction equipment and tools
  • Willingness to work at heights and in various weather conditions
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Compensation and Benefits
  • Starting Base Pay: $26-$30 Depending on experience
  • $2000 Sign on Bonus Paid after 6 Months of continuous employment
  • Employment Progress Reviews at 45 Days, 90 Days, 180 Days and 365 Days. Annually thereafter. Each with a potential for a RAISE based on performance
  • Per Diem is paid out weekly starting at $100/day
  • Generous end of the year bonuses
  • Paid Travel to and from regular rotation breaks
  • Christmas and New Years OFF
