Gymnastics Instructor Trainee

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our Volunteer-in-Training (VIT) program at US Swim School Association. As a VIT, you will have the opportunity to develop essential management and leadership skills, receive training in first aid, group leadership, time management, and more.

• Learn essential management and leadership skills.
• Receive training in first aid, group leadership, time management, and more.
• Develop skills that can enhance leadership opportunities in school, extracurricular activities, and future jobs.

As a VIT, you will be considered a volunteer and required to adhere to specific guidelines and restrictions. Please note that the VIT program is a training opportunity, and VITs are not paid. There may be opportunities to grow into one of paid staff positions.
