The Advertising Trust team, located in Bangalore, is dedicated to ensuring that advertisements are pertinent and of high quality, resulting in improved conversion rates for sellers and an exceptional experience for customers.

We handle one of the largest product catalogs globally, processing billions of requests each day with plans for substantial growth. Our automated systems validate tens of millions of offers submitted by numerous merchants across various countries and languages.

In this position, you will design and develop machine learning models to tackle content comprehension challenges in advertisements. These models will leverage a range of visual and textual features, necessitating expertise in both areas. Additionally, these models must be scalable across multiple languages and regions. You will work closely with engineers and fellow scientists to construct, train, and deploy these models.

As part of your responsibilities, you will create production-level code that facilitates the moderation of millions of advertisements submitted daily.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of experience in developing machine learning models for business applications
  • PhD or Master's degree with 6+ years of applied research experience
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, or similar
  • Experience with neural deep learning techniques and machine learning methodologies

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Familiarity with modeling tools including R, scikit-learn, Spark MLLib, MxNet, TensorFlow, numpy, scipy, etc.
  • Experience with large-scale distributed systems such as Hadoop, Spark, etc.
