Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Assistant to join our finance team at SmartLam North America. This role involves managing accounts payable, inventory, and payroll processes with high accuracy and attention to detail. About the Role:
- Develop and implement procedures to ensure accurate and timely processing of accounts payable, inventory, and payroll transactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders, including responding to inquiries and resolving discrepancies.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and changes in accounting laws and regulations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- 2+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in accounts payable, inventory, and payroll management
- Strong understanding of Financial Statements and Accounting principles
- Proficient in MS Office Products, NetSuite experience is a plus
- 10-Key by touch. Ability to learn new software programs
