Overview:
Joulé is seeking a dedicated Laboratory Specialist with expertise in wet chemistry to join our dynamic team. If you are enthusiastic about playing a vital role in innovative manufacturing processes, we encourage you to consider this opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct fundamental wet chemistry analyses on raw materials within an industrial laboratory setting.
- Testing procedures include viscosity measurements, specific gravity assessments, titrations, and more.
- Execute routine analytical evaluations in a fast-paced, high-throughput laboratory environment.
Qualifications:
- Degree in a scientific discipline, either an associate or bachelor’s degree.
- Experience in academic or industry settings with wet chemistry laboratory techniques and practices.
- Ability to wear all necessary safety equipment as per MSHA regulations.
- Capable of climbing steps and using ladders (for emergency exit purposes only).
- Must be able to carry, push, pull, and lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Good vision with the ability to differentiate colors.
- Manual dexterity with both hands is essential.
- Proper use of a respirator, when required.
