Job Title: Program Delivery Quality Assurance Monitor

At the National Safety Council, we are committed to eliminating the leading causes of preventable injuries and deaths. We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Program Delivery Quality Assurance Monitor.

Job Summary:

The Program Delivery Quality Assurance Monitor will be responsible for observing and documenting instructor activities during driver safety courses. This role requires a high level of initiative, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Observe and document instructor activities during driver safety courses
  • Conduct quality assurance monitoring to ensure compliance with program requirements
  • Complete written observation reports and provide feedback to instructors
  • Attend training and retraining sessions as required
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions
  • Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • At least 2 years of relevant customer service or call center experience preferred
