About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Audit Intern. As an intern, you will work closely with our experienced professionals to develop your skills and knowledge in auditing and financial services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the planning and execution of audit engagements, including risk assessments and testing of internal controls.
  • Develop an understanding of our audit approach and tools, and apply this knowledge to identify and resolve accounting or reporting issues.
  • Work with clients to understand their business and industry, and develop an understanding of their accounting and control systems.
  • Perform substantive tests and tests of internal controls to identify and resolve accounting or reporting issues.
  • Draft financial statements under prescribed formats.
Requirements
  • 90 credit hours completed and working towards B.A. / B.S. degree or equivalent from accredited university.
  • Accounting Major.
  • Travel to assigned client locations is required.
  • Must have access to and ability to arrange for use of reliable modes of transportation to those locations.
  • A minimum 3.0 GPA is preferred.
