Position Overview

Tetra Tech BlueWater is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to provide support for a key project within the Naval Information Warfare Center, Pacific (NIWC PAC).

This role involves delivering technical engineering and installation services for a new Command and Control Facility (C2F) aimed at enhancing operations for U.S. SPACE COMMAND (USSPACECOM) and the National Space Training and Testing Center (NSTTC), which is part of a new integrated program office under the U.S. Space Force (USSF).

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with management teams to evaluate and define system specifications.
  • Examine network data and infrastructure to pinpoint inefficiencies and issues.
  • Design and develop network architecture and computer systems infrastructure.
  • Supervise the development, installation, configuration, and management of computer systems.
  • Ensure system compatibility and troubleshoot system failures.
  • Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues.
  • Document system processes and operational procedures.
Required Qualifications
  • Possession of an active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance.
  • Nutanix Certified Professional (NCP) certification is required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a Senior Cyber Engineer or Cyber Lead on projects of similar scale and complexity.
  • At least 3 years of practical experience with Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI).
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related IT field.
  • Must hold IAT/IAM Level II certification or higher.
