About This RoleWe are seeking an experienced Flexographic Press Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assisting in the make-ready, running, maintenance, and clean-up of a flexographic press.
The successful candidate will have at least six months of experience as a Press Assistant and a high school diploma or GED equivalent. They must embody and reflect Vestcom's core values and be able to work efficiently with minimum disruptions.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the manufacture of a quality product that meets and exceeds customer expectations and consistently meet product specifications.
- Learn and retain QA/QC procedures, support/assist the press operator in meeting and exceeding production goals for the current fiscal year.
- Work consistently and efficiently with minimum disruptions, follow through on responsibilities, assignments, and instructions.
Vestcom offers a competitive salary range of $40,000 to $60,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits that matter:
