Ryder is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Operations Supervisor to lead our production line team in Orlando, FL. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of warehouse associates to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Enforce Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), quality, and safety procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Train and develop employees to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Liaise between employees and supervisors to resolve issues and improve communication.
  • Motivate team members to achieve high levels of productivity and quality.
  • Work with Warehouse Management System (WMS) software to manage the production process and Quality Cloud to manage the quality process.
  • Ensure work areas are clean and organized, and that all equipment is properly maintained.
  • Load cases or cartons onto a pallet in a specific order per item specification.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; English/Spanish language skills preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
