We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Medical Professional to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality medical care to individuals with mental illness, substance use disorders, and intellectual and developmental disabilities.

You will conduct physical health evaluations, develop treatment plans, and provide medication management services. You will also work closely with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care and support.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong background in medicine, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct physical health evaluations and develop treatment plans for clients
  • Provide medication management services
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care
  • Document client information accurately and timely

Requirements:

  • Masters or Doctoral degree in Medicine (MD or DO)
  • Current medical licensure in Arizona
  • Experience working in behavioral health settings
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation: $95,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience
