Job Overview

A well-established and highly respected residential development firm, Synergy Professionals, Inc., is seeking an experienced civil site development professional to manage projects in and around Anne Arundel County.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5-7 years of experience managing site work for land development of residential communities, with expertise in:

  • Managing the civil site development process from bid solicitations and negotiations, project budgeting, field engineering, zoning, permitting, plan review, site clearing, utilities installation, grading, paving, inspections, regulatory compliance, and bond release.
  • Managing self-performing crews, equipment, and subcontractors to develop land for home and amenities construction in new communities.
  • Meeting with officials during the installation and inspection of civil construction, infrastructure, and home construction lots.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from planning to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Site Development: Manage site clearing, grading, utilities installation, and other site development activities.
  • Subcontractor Management: Coordinate and manage subcontractors, ensuring their work meets project requirements.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Compensation:

  • $120K-$125K/year, depending on experience and qualifications, with bonus potential.
  • Excellent benefits package, including 100% employee-paid health insurance premium.
