Responsibilities- Assess and prioritize patients in the emergency department, providing timely and effective care for a variety of medical conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Administer medications, perform procedures, and utilize advanced life support skills as needed.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Active RN license in good standing.
- Minimum 18 months of recent experience in an acute care emergency room setting.
- Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certifications.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
