Cogir Senior Living is seeking a dedicated and experienced healthcare professional to fill the position of Regional Director of Health and Wellness (RN) in Oregon. As a critical member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for promoting quality care and adherence to state regulations across multiple communities.

Responsibilities and Expectations:
  • Ensure compliance with state regulations and licensing statutes.
  • Develop and implement effective clinical and regulatory management practices.
  • Provide guidance and support to assigned communities, including training and coaching on resident care.
  • Analyze data from EHR clinical management reports and QI plans of correction to inform process improvements.

The ideal candidate will possess a current RN license in Oregon, at least 5 years of geriatric nursing experience, and a strong understanding of state regulations governing health services. Additionally, you should have excellent leadership skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality care to our residents.
