Sales Director

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Commercial Business Growth Specialist. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth in the commercial facilities services sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with property managers and owners in the Greater Minneapolis market.
- Create and execute customized sales plans to acquire janitorial contracts for high-rise, multi-tenant commercial office properties, medical office properties, life sciences, manufacturing, and other potential business structures.
- Effectively manage the transition of service contracts to operations to ensure commitments are delivered.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the competition in the marketplace and identify opportunities for growth.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- At least 3 years of relevant sales experience in the commercial facilities services space.
- Janitorial and/or facilities maintenance sales experience is required.
- Transferable industry business relationships in the Seattle market are necessary.
- Excellent negotiation, organizational, and communication skills.
