Position: Wine Server at Pali Wine Company

This is a part-time opportunity.

The Wine Server is integral to delivering an exceptional hospitality experience, deeply grounded in extensive wine knowledge, ensuring that every guest departs with a lasting appreciation for our offerings.

• Provide exemplary Guest Service.
• Collaborate with fellow wine enthusiasts, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and respect.
• Uphold and enhance the standards of Pali Wine Co., consistently exploring innovative methods to elevate the guest experience.
• Conduct wine tastings, imparting intricate insights about our selections, including flavor nuances and the stories behind the wines.
• Leverage a thorough understanding of our wines to boost sales, offering personalized recommendations tailored to guests' tastes.

Promotion of Wine Club Memberships:

• Enthusiastically advocate for our exclusive wine club memberships, emphasizing the unique advantages they offer.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to wine club members, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated.

• Accurately manage POS transactions and oversee cash register procedures.
• Assist in organizing events for the Outpost and Wine Club, ensuring seamless and memorable experiences.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness to ensure a polished environment.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and adherence to established policies.
• Proactively respond to guest requests and complete tasks assigned by management with initiative and precision.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the wine sector, showcasing substantial expertise and a genuine passion for the field.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Availability to work during peak periods, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Capability to lift items weighing up to 40 pounds.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to provide excellent service to a discerning clientele.
