The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, be proficient in QuickBooks and tax software, and have experience with financial reporting and budgeting. The Staff Accountant will play a crucial role in maintaining accounting systems, analyzing transactions, and preparing financial statements for individual, corporate, and non-profit clients. Responsibilities:

  • Perform data entry and reconciliations.
  • Analyze financial transactions and prepare reports.
  • Prepare Individual, Corporate, Partnership, Trust, Estate tax returns.
  • Manage QuickBooks and Proseries Tax Software.
  • Prepare Payroll & Sales tax reporting.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts.
  • Collaborate with senior accountants to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

This position offers a competitive salary of $58,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and paid time off.
