Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service as your primary focus.
  • Monitor and assess your designated area, providing detailed reports on activities.
  • Respond swiftly to critical incidents.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in writing comprehensive reports.
  • Understand and enforce client procedures, regulations, and standards effectively.
  • Maintain open availability to cover shifts due to unexpected call-offs or openings.

Candidate Profile:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
  • Ability to successfully complete a thorough screening process.
  • Previous experience in Security, Military, or Law Enforcement is advantageous.
  • Possession of a California Guard Card and completion of an additional 32 hours of BSIS security training is necessary (further training can be arranged during the hiring process).
