Electrical Construction Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Project Manager to join our team at Rosendin, one of the largest electrical contractors in the United States. This is a travel-based position, requiring up to 25% travel within the country.

Job Description

The Electrical Construction Project Manager will oversee specific areas of construction projects, assisting in directing, training, and administrating efforts for subcontractors. They will communicate regularly with superintendents and subcontractor divisions regarding project timelines, startups, and staffing requirements.

  • Meet with superintendents and subcontractors to coordinate standardization of processes and resolve mutual concerns.
  • Work with superintendents and project managers to establish new hiring processes and procedures for field personnel.
  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating materials shipment to job sites.
  • Oversee and ensure completion of projects to forecasted standards.
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations and contract documents.
  • Assist in coordinating tools and equipment for projects.
  • Manage production and field staffing teams, directing, coordinating, and evaluating staff.
  • Participate in interviewing, hiring, and training field staff and support staff.
  • Develop training programs to ensure company excellence.
  • Conduct area production and field staffing meetings as needed.
  • Track payroll and production.

  • Ability to interact professionally with employees, vendors, clients, and others.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary, estimated to be around $120,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will have access to a range of benefits, including full benefits, an Employee Stock Ownership Plan, and more.

This position requires a minimum of 2 years' supervisory experience in similar facilities, construction technology, methods, and equipment, tools, and work procedures. A combination of education, training, and relevant experience is also acceptable.
