Key Responsibilities- Perform a high volume of surgeries, with an average of 3-4 procedures per day
- Work in a collaborative environment with 2 physicians, 3 mid-levels, and 2-3 PAs
- Participate in a call schedule with a 1:4 callback ratio, with weekday, weekend, ER, and ICU coverage
- 17 surgeries per week, with a mix of inpatient and outpatient procedures
- EPIC EMR system
- Excellent compensation package, including insurance benefits, retirement plan, and signing bonus
- Board certification in Neuro Surgery
- Washington State medical licensure
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
