About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Therapist to join our team at Open Sky Community Services. As a key member of our Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) team, you will play a vital role in delivering evidence-based interventions to individuals with mental illness or dual diagnosis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Treatment Planning: Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans using person-centered planning principles.
  • Individual and Group Sessions: Provide individual sessions, facilitate support groups, and treatment planning meetings with individuals served.
  • Collaboration and Consultation: Collaborate with care coordination entities, emergency service providers, outpatient clinics, and other providers to ensure the needs of individuals are fully met.
  • Staff Training and Development: Provide clinical consultation and training to staff on the integrated team.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in a social services field with current licensure or license eligibility.
  • Previous experience working with adults with mental health challenges.
  • A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
