As a Painter/Blade Utility Operator, you will be responsible for utilizing tooling, equipment, and materials for the preparation and painting of diamond blades and core bits.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Loading and unloading of paint line
  • Painting products
  • Following company policies to ensure compliance with EPA and environmental guidelines and OSHA Safety and Health Regulations in the painting process
  • Maintaining general knowledge and familiarity with manufacturing equipment operation
  • Cleaning of equipment for preparation of subsequent orders
  • Performing visual in-process quality checks for cosmetic appearance of the blades and marking information
  • Recording quality and order completion data

Requirements include working knowledge of basic industrial math, metric system of weights and measurements, diamond tool design elements, and paint applications.
