Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of nurses and healthcare professionals to deliver excellent patient care and achieve business objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction, quality metrics, and staff engagement.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance communication, coordination, and care delivery.
- Conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching, and support ongoing education and training for team members.
- Active, current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a nurse manager or supervisor in a post-acute care setting.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; Master's degree preferred.
- A competitive salary range of $95,000 - $125,000 per year, depending on experience.
