Job Summary

We are seeking experienced LPNs or RNs to join our team as Medical Coverage Nurses in various correctional facilities throughout Wisconsin. As a Medical Coverage Nurse, you will provide nursing care to inmates, support the medical needs of our patients, and work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide nursing care to inmates in various correctional facilities
  • Support the medical needs of our patients, including information gathering, assessments, sick call, and medication passes
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Current LPN or RN licensure in the state of Wisconsin
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a correctional setting or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic health records
