Become a Maximo System Administrator

As the primary business authority for Maximo, you will work closely with IT, spearhead upgrade initiatives, tailor reports, deliver training, and promote ongoing enhancements. Core Responsibilities:
  • Drive improvements and updates to the CMMS platform.
  • Partner with IT departments for system customization and implementation.
  • Create detailed CMMS reports to support strategic decision-making.
  • Offer user support and training sessions.
  • Revise standard operating procedures and training documentation.
  • Organize Maximo user group discussions.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Expertise in asset management platforms (such as Blue Mountain, Maximo, SAP).
  • Previous experience in Maximo administration is preferred.
  • Background in a corporate or industrial setting.
  • Familiarity with cGMP standards is advantageous.
  • Strong skills in the Microsoft Office suite.
Educational Background:
  • Associate's degree in a relevant discipline.
  • A minimum of four years' experience with Maximo.
  • Experience in an administrative capacity.
