Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly qualified Ultrasound Technologist to perform general ultrasound imaging exams, calibrate and operate ultrasound equipment, and assist radiologists during invasive exams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in diagnostic sonography and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform general ultrasound imaging exams using proper technique and process correctly marked images
  • Calibrate and operate ultrasound equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety
  • Assist radiologists during invasive exams, providing support and expertise as needed
  • Transport patients and set up and clean exam rooms, maintaining a safe and efficient environment
  • Perform equipment quality control and troubleshoot issues as they arise
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of diagnostic sonography
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Ultrasound Technologist
  • State license (if required) and certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) and the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) in Sonography
  • CPR-Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association
