About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide high-quality optometric care to patients, ensuring a positive and personalized experience.
  2. Collaborate with the Store Manager and team to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, colleagues, and stakeholders to promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
  4. Stay up-to-date with the latest optometric theory and technology, applying this knowledge to deliver exceptional patient care and drive business results.
  5. Contribute to the development and implementation of business strategies, working closely with the Regional Manager and other stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Doctor of Optometry degree
  • Commitment to quality patient care and exceptional customer service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
