Senior Network Security Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Security Engineer to join our team at Eliassen Group. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network engineering with a focus on 802.1X deployment and management, NIST network security controls, and experience supporting Darktrace.
Key Responsibilities:
Deploy and maintain 802.1X authentication across our network infrastructure.
Implement and manage NIST network security controls to ensure the highest level of security for our network.
Provide support for Darktrace systems and contribute to the continuous improvement of our network security posture.
Conduct network security threat hunting activities to proactively identify potential threats and vulnerabilities.
Lead incident response efforts, including the investigation and remediation of network security incidents.
Requirements:
5+ years of network security experience, and a bachelor's degree; or equivalent years of work experience (9+ years total experience).
Experience in network security authentication implementation and management.
Strong understanding of security protocols and encryption methods.
