Job Title: Board Certified Behavioral Analyst

Soar Autism Center is seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Tempe, Arizona.

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate BCBA to work with young children ages 2-6 years old in a center-based setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Applied Behavior Analysis and experience in early intervention therapy.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, oversee, and deliver naturalistic therapy for young children using the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM)
  • Conduct multidisciplinary assessments and create treatment plans in coordination with other clinical specialties
  • Design and implement services based on the ESDM, a play-based form of therapy
  • Collaborate with client families to develop goals, build relationships, and communicate progress
  • Monitor client progress, update treatment plans, and communicate needed changes to team members and families
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field
  • Current BCBA certification
  • Experience in ABA early intervention therapy
  • Preferred candidates have a background in Child Development, Early Childhood Education, or a related field

  • Clear professional communication, both verbally and in writing
  • Fluency in navigating devices such as computers and tablets
