Job Summary

HRV Conformance Verification Associates, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled PCI Certified Concrete Inspector to join our team of professionals in the field of concrete inspection and quality assurance. As a PCI Certified Concrete Inspector, you will be responsible for performing shop inspections and ensuring that precast/prestressed concrete products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform shop inspections of precast/prestressed concrete products to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Verify the quality and safety of precast/prestressed concrete products through visual inspections and testing.
  • Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality control issues.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure consistent high-quality products.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to production teams on concrete inspection and quality assurance best practices.
Requirements
  • Valid PCI Level II or III certification issued by the Precast/Prestressed Concrete Institute.
  • ACI Certified Concrete Field Testing Technician - Grade 1 certification.
  • Experience with prestressed concrete inspection, particularly for transportation and bridge projects.
  • Access to and ability to operate a personal computer utilizing Microsoft Word and Excel, the internet, and email.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout New Hampshire.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
Physical Requirements
  • Physical activity includes: climbing, balancing, kneeling, crouching, reaching, walking, grasping, talking, hearing, and standing for sustained periods of time.
  • Exerting up to 50 lbs. occasionally and up to 10 lbs. frequently.
  • Visual acuity requirements include color and depth perception, and field of vision.
