Electrophysiology Lab Nurse Job Description

Mass General Brigham is seeking a skilled Electrophysiology Lab Nurse to join our team. As an Electrophysiology Lab Nurse, you will assist a team of doctors, nurses, and technologists in diagnosing and treating cardiac arrhythmias. This is a 36 hour/week position, with shifts Monday - Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the diagnosis and treatment of cardiac arrhythmias
  • Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care
  • Conduct diagnostic tests and procedures as needed
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients

Requirements:

  • Current RN license in Massachusetts
  • BSN preferred and ideally a minimum of 2 years ICU experience, cardiac experience preferred
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications
  • Advanced knowledge of interventional procedures for acute cardiac/circulatory/respiratory emergency
  • Advanced knowledge and skills for assessment and evaluation of chronically ill cardiac patients
