The Registered Nurse provides high-quality patient care to patients in the Telemetry Unit at North Suburban Medical Center. This role requires a strong foundation in nursing principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to patients in the Telemetry Unit, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Current licensure in the State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse.
- Current AHA or ARC BLS and AHA or ARC ACLS certifications.
- Minimum of 1 year Acute Care experience preferred.
- Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing; BSN preferred.
