Ventilator Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Ventilator Specialist to join our team in Victorville. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will provide essential respiratory care to patients in various settings while traveling to different locations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide Respiratory Therapy Treatments: Administer treatments and assessments to patients with respiratory conditions.
• Collaborate with Healthcare Teams: Work closely with nurses, doctors, and other healthcare professionals to develop patient care plans.
• Monitor Patient Progress: Continuously assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Educate Patients and Families: Teach respiratory care techniques to patients and their families.
• Maintain Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards in all healthcare environments.

Requirements:

• RRT Certification: Current certification from the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC).
• State License: Valid license to practice as a respiratory therapist in the state where you will be working.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in respiratory care, preferably in a travel or per diem role.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse patients and healthcare teams.
• Adaptability: Ability to adapt quickly to different healthcare environments and situations.
