We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinic Nurse to join our team at JWCH Institute, Inc. As a Clinic Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality nursing care to patients in a preventive health care setting.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments and triage for patients, including vital signs and complete evaluations.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians, ensuring patient safety and confidentiality.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to maintain accurate patient records and uphold the highest standards of patient care.
- Provide patient education and teaching, promoting health literacy and empowering patients to take control of their health.
- Assist physicians with procedures and provide support during examinations, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation of the clinic.
- Licensed by the State of California to practice as a Registered Nurse.
- Current CPR card by American Heart Association.
- At least one year experience in an ambulatory care setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as a member of a multidisciplinary care team.
- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and knowledge of HIPAA regulations.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English).
