Production Associate

Litehouse Foods is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate packaging of our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble containers for packaging
  • Package product efficiently into containers using packaging machinery
  • Assist in changeovers and palletize containers to specifications
  • Inspect product and labels to verify conformance to specifications
  • Requisition containers and other supplies for delivery to workstations
  • Ensure correct entries into factory software
  • Maintain a clean work area and participate in housekeeping throughout the facility and grounds
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to lift up to 55 lbs independently
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all contacts inside and outside of the company
