Night Auditor

We are seeking a detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team at Holiday Inn Express and Suites. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records.

• Financial Reporting: You will be responsible for running the night audit and resetting the operating system for the next day's business, as well as sending out daily financial reports to our corporate team.
• Guest Services: You will greet guests both in person and over the phone, coordinate guest check-in and check-out, and assist with making reservations.
• Problem-Solving: You will actively listen to and resolve guest complaints, and promptly assist with guest requests.
• Property Maintenance: You will ensure the cleanliness of the property and perform light cleaning duties as needed.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Ability to walk and bend frequently throughout shift. Detail-oriented and professional attitude required.
