Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Evening Custodian to maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of our facilities. This role involves performing a variety of cleaning tasks to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for tenants, visitors, and staff.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize administrative offices, lobbies, restrooms, break rooms, corridors, elevators, and stairways.
• Dust furniture, fixtures, windows, doors, trim, and related furnishings.
• Collect and dispose of both recyclable and non-recyclable waste.
• Vacuum carpets and rugs in high-traffic areas.
• Clean light switches, door handles, walls, and blinds.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Report any safety hazards or maintenance issues to the supervisor.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a custodial role is preferred. A strong attention to detail, commitment to cleanliness, and ability to work independently are essential.
