Job Summary:

Soliant is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in a school-based setting. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for conducting assessments and evaluations to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students. You will develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' communication needs and support their academic progress.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify students' communication needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings, aligning with the Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to integrate speech and language strategies into the classroom and facilitate students' overall development.
  • Monitor progress, maintain accurate documentation, and communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary team.
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices and research in speech-language pathology to ensure high-quality services.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Georgia state license or eligibility for licensure.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
  • Previous experience in a school-based setting or with pediatric populations is advantageous.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
